Privacy

HorsePassport takes the security of our members' information seriously. We have an active anti-Spam policy to prevent you from receiving unsolicited commercial email. Any members found to be sending Spam to HorsePassport will be removed from the system and barred. www.HorsePassport.com is governed by UK data protection legislation in its treatment of all personal data provided by members. You can edit the personal information held by HorsePassport at any time by going to the "My Details" area and editing your personal profile. You can also de-activate yourself from the HorsePassport service by mailing: support @ HorsePassport.com. We will delete all your personal information from our system six months after you have done so.

In order to provide you with support or for security and abuse management reasons TMB Ltd reserves the right to take what ever steps are necessary to protect the security of Users including but not limited to either itself or via authorising its contractors to logging in using a specific profile of any User.

All Users are responsible for the safety of their personal information. TMB Ltd recommends that Users do not disclose their name, address, personal email address, telephone number or other personal information online. No TMB Ltd employees or appointed agents will ever request such details online.

We also exclude any liability (including liability for negligence) for the accuracy, suitability, quality or completeness of any information or material of whatever nature appearing on or available through the HorsePassport service.

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, reduce or terminate your access to www.HorsePassport.com for any reason, and to delete any data and files in any www.HorsePassport.com database. We may modify or discontinue the HorsePassport service temporarily or permanently, with or without notice to you. You agree that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or discontinuance of the www.HorsePassport.com service on the deletion or corruption of any data on the HorsePassport service, even where such modification, discontinuance, corruption or deletion is due to our negligence.

We cannot and shall not be held liable or otherwise responsible for the content of any personal HorsePassport page or database record. You agree to indemnify TMB Ltd and any employee and officer from and against any liability for any losses, damages, expenses and claims arising from your use of the HorsePassport service.

We do not in any way exclude any liability for death or personal injury caused through our negligence.

You specifically agree that we are not responsible for or liable to you or anyone else for any threatening, defamatory, libellous, obscene, offensive or illegal conduct of any other party or you or any infringement of another's rights, including intellectual property rights.

Your Obligations To Us

5 . You will not post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
6 . You will not interfere with or disrupt the www.HorsePassport.com services or servers or networks connected to the HorsePassport service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the HorsePassport service.
7 . You will not collect or store personal information about other users whether or not for commercial purposes, without their consent.

To the extent to which your use, or the use by any person who may be authorised by you or for whom you are responsible (for example, as the parent or guardian of a child or otherwise under these user terms and conditions) causes loss, damage or expense to any person (including us), you agree to indemnify TMB Ltd or any company employee from and against any liability for such losses, damages and expense

Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining the full and total confidentiality of your username and password assigned to you on becoming a member. As a result, you are fully responsible for all activities which occur under them. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use to which you become aware.

You are responsible for obtaining the equipment and paying all telephone charges necessary to access and use www.HorsePassport.com. You are also responsible for making your own back-up arrangements of any important data that you place on the www.HorsePassport.com site as, although we maintain back up facilities for data on the HorsePassport site, we cannot guarantee that these facilities are failsafe.

Your use of www.HorsePassport.com carries with it no rights in relation to copyright, trade and service marks or other intellectual property rights in HorsePassport or in or owned by TMB Ltd ("Rights"). Any content contained in or presented through the HorsePassport service by us or our advertisers is protected by our or their proprietary rights. You will not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell or distribute in any way such content including all code and software, unless you are explicitly authorised by us or them (as the case may be) to do so.

www.HorsePassport.com allows you to participate in on-line communities where users can exchange information freely. You consent to participating in such an environment where it cannot be guaranteed that information you submit will not be reproduced elsewhere, including outside the HorsePassport service.

You agree that we are in no way liable for unauthorised reproduction or distribution of information that you submit to the service. Information you submit will be displayed on the service and can be printed out and distributed by users.

You agree not to use www.HorsePassport.com or the services made available to you on www.HorsePassport.com such that you cause the whole or part of www.HorsePassport.com to be interrupted, damaged, rendered less efficient or in any way impaired.
